Sika Latex Power is a synthetic multi-functional rubber emulsion which when added to cement mortar/concrete/grout, provides good adhesion and water resistance properties. Suitable for old and new concrete bonding, waterproofing screed concrete, waterproof slurry coating for protection against salt petre action and miscellaneous repairing.

Application Area

	Waterproofing of roof slabs, sunken slabs, basements, water tanks, sun shades etc. in combination with cement.
	As a bonding agent for uses in repair and plastering.
	For making polymer mortars for repairs etc.
	Treatment for leaching and salt petre action.
	Multipurpose mortar admixture for injection grouts.

	Screed required with Sikacim/Sika Plastocrete Super to protect waterproofing layer.
